I have MCS and am looking for a MCS partner to go in half with me to purchase a place to live in Central Canada. (My family will help me.) Having the extra finances of two people vs one should help us be able to find a place with much more protection.
I need someone who can pay for their half of a place. Maybe a past teacher or counselor, like myself, but I am open to anyone who would make a good partner.
Some properties have several buildings, which would be ideal. We could write it up so we each owned a separate half of property, so either of us could sell their half of property independently if they wanted or needed to but to another MCS person. We could consider adding to the property at a later date to possibly try to accommodate other MCS but only if both partners agree.
I know people are desparate to find a place so anyone who does not have the money at this time feel free to email me in a couple months to see if I purchased a place in a good area, a place with land nearby that could accommodate others.
