Wifi-Free

In general, you can find solutions by searching on Electrosenstivity. WiFi is not necessarily bad for you. It is if you have electrosensitivity. More studies need to be done. If you have MCS, you probably will want to limit your EMF and WiFi exposure.
Some searches return Smart Meters. Not all Smart Meters use wifi. In fact, some Utility companies only use wired smart meters, so as to more reliably collect information. The only information Smart Meters can gather is your electric usage. This is my input from having worked at Utility companies for 20 years.

Wifi is banned in GreenBank, WV and other areas around the National Radio Astronomy Observatory. This area is called the U.S. National Radio Quiet Zone. It covers parts of West Virgina (Buckhannon, Elkins, & Weston), parts of Virginia (Buena Vista, Western 1/2 of Charlottesville, Covington, Harrisonburg, Lexington, Staunton, & Waynesboro), and parts of Maryland.

You can also search AirBnB and/or VRBO for hotels by location. Check the comments for No Wifi.
